After completing his formal education in Labour Studies, and receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations at McGill University , Brother Bob Morris endeavored to continue his education by taking courses put on by the Alberta Federation of Labour, Canadian Union of Postal Workers, the Amalgamated Transit Union, and of course the Teamsters Union over a 28 year period.

After completing a course put on by the A.F.L. entitled 'Securing Just Compensation' Bob became an advocate for injured workers at both the appellant levels at the Workers' Compensation Board, thereby securing just remuneration for injured Alberta workers. Over the last 28 years, Bob has taken on positions with greater responsibility, the last 10 years of which he has served as a Trustee with Teamsters Local Union No. 362.

Bob has been a Member of Teamsters Local Union No. 362 since 1996 and is employed with Brinks Canada in Calgary.

Bob looks forward to continuing his commitment to Alberta Workers by securing the best benefits and wages in all industries represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 362, in Alberta and N.W.T.

For the last 16 years Bob has been happily married to Marianne, making their home in Calgary, raising 2 children. They presently have been blessed with a very handsome grandson.

In his spare time, he enjoys a good game of chess and playing hockey.
